Волгоградец Виталий Шаталов, осужденный за расправу над соседом и намерение съесть его ягодицу, пропал в зоне специальной военной операции (СВО). Шаталов подписал контракт с Министерством обороны России в июне. Он получил звание рядового и должность гранатометчика, однако спустя примерно месяц перестал выходить на связь.
