В Казани участник СВО взорвал гранату у подъезда жилого дома: так он решил "поиграть" с детьми.

Военный по имени Кирилл Шульга предложил достать чеку одному из мальчиков. Когда ребёнок отказался, боец решил сделать это сам. Судебно-психиатрическая экспертиза выявила у бойца признаки психических и поведенческих расстройств. При этом суд учёл, что военный участвовал в СВО и хочет вернуться на службу. Как итог суд приговорил бойца к трём годам условно с учётом двух лет испытательного срока.
