В Госдуме захотели наказывать россиян за развод штрафом в 100 тысяч рублей или отправкой в зону специальной военной операции (СВО). С таким предложением выступил депутат Виталий Милонов на заседании комитета по защите семьи, вопросам отцовства, материнства и детства.
