Среди обвиняемых — Михаил Осипов, ранее судимый за убийство. По данным следствия, один из эпизодов включает пытки и расстрел сослуживца Александра Лисунова, тело которого было сожжено для сокрытия улик. Адвокаты утверждают, что убитый был дезертиром, а обвинения в мародёрстве преувеличены, ссылаясь на бытовые нужды. Осипов, несмотря на судимость, был награждён за участие в СВО.
