Злоумышленники находили сибиряков с зависимостью от алкоголя, и предлагали им заключить контракт с Минобороны РФ. Они убеждали своих жертв, что документ "фиктивный", и что никуда ехать якобы не придется, а выплаты предлагали поделить. В итоге обманутые мужчины уезжали в зону СВО, а их карты присваивали себе таборяне. Более того, преступная группировка осмелела до того, что буквально поселилась в квартире одного из обманутых новосибирцев, который погиб на СВО.

In the end, the deceived men went to the so-called special military operation (SMO) zone, while their cards were appropriated by the gypsies. Moreover, the criminal group became bold enough to literally settle in the apartment of one of the deceived men from Novosibirsk, who died in the special operation zone.
