В 2002 году в местности "Клюквенная падь" Кабанского района были найдены тела двух девушек, 17 и 18 лет, с признаками насильственной смерти - повреждениями костей черепа и травмами головы. Однако долгое время уголовное дело не открывали. Только в 2019 расследование убийства возобновили после того, как показания дала еще одна девушка, которой удалось сбежать от силовиков.
