Узбекистан выразил обеспокоенность участившимися нарушениями прав мигрантов в России

МИД Узбекистана на встрече с послом России поднял вопрос об участившихся нарушениях прав и случаях грубого обращения с трудовыми мигрантами в РФ. Ташкент призвал российскую сторону донести эти случаи до компетентных органов. С начала 2025 года в России участились антимигрантские рейды, которые помимо прочих общественных мест стали проводить по спортивным клубам. По итогам облав полиция депортирует нелегальных мигрантов, а тем, кто получил российское гражданство, выдают повестки в военкомат. С 5 февраля 2025 года в России действует особый режим высылки нелегальных мигрантов. Он, в частности, разрешает МВД высылать мигрантов из РФ без решения суда. Раньше это могли делать только суд и погранслужба.

Uzbekistan expressed concern over the increasing violations of migrants' rights in Russia.

The Uzbek Foreign Ministry raised the issue of increasing violations of rights and cases of mistreatment of labor migrants in Russia during a meeting with the Russian ambassador. Tashkent urged the Russian side to bring these cases to the attention of the relevant authorities. Since the beginning of 2025, anti-migrant raids have intensified in Russia and are now being conducted not only in public spaces but also in sports clubs. As a result of the crackdowns, police are deporting undocumented migrants, while those who have obtained Russian citizenship are being issued military draft notices. Since February 5, 2025, Russia has enforced a special deportation regime for undocumented migrants, which allows the Interior Ministry to expel them without a court decision. Previously, only the courts and the border service had such authority.
